She provides professional Coaching to Clergy and Lay Leaders via The Office of Black Ministries within the National Episcopal Church and her private Coaching Practice at The Lemonaide Lab.

Maximillion grew up in California, where she lost her only two siblings to gun violence. Her life story is the epitome of one who has metaphorically taken the lemons of life and made a Lemonade Lab.  "Lemon-Aide would only serve to refresh me,” she says.  “The Lemon-Aide Lab refreshes all who are served and adds value to the lives of the service providers."
