The former Phi Ro Pi California State and National Speech and Debate Champion and the Nu Delta Alpha Honor Society inductee considers herself a lifetime learner.

As an Educational Specialist, Maximillion facilitated Dating and Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention Presentations and Psycho-Educational groups and served as an active member of the F.B.I Adopt.A.School Advisory Board.
Maximillion has also served as a Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School's TEACH Advisory Group member and the Equity Transition Team.
Maximillion currently serves on the Council of Advice for the Office of Ethnic Ministries for the National Episcopal Church. She chairs the Scholarship Committee for the Office of Black Ministries Council of Advice. She provides professional Coaching for Clergy and Lay Leaders via The Office of Black Ministries and via her private Coaching Practice at The Lemonaide Lab.

Maximillion grew up in California, where she lost her only two siblings to gun violence. Her life story is the epitome of one who has metaphorically taken the lemons of life and made a Lemonaide Lab. "LemonAide would only serve to refresh me,” she says. “The Lemon-Aide Lab refreshes all who are served and adds value to the life of the service providers."
